Pass the sauce....

WHAT'S this? We know one or two Lib Dem councillors have been in trouble in the past for dirty tricks, but we assumed that after Joe Anderson took over at the Town Hall, the childish name calling and finger pointing was over.

Or could it be cash-strapped Liverpool has found a novel way to raise revenue from the private sector now that the gravy train is over?

For just as the Echo obtained the naming rights to the Kings Dock Arena, will a popular bakery shop now be sponsoring our waterfront?

Now to be known as “World Heritage Waterfields site”, perhaps?

And hang on. Didn't Carl Jung say Liverpool was the Pooles of Life...?
