The rock and pop festival, which takes place on Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 July will have pop acts on the first day – including The Saturdays, Sugababes, and The Wanted.

The Sunday line-up features rock and indie acts such as Leftfield, I Am Kloot and Shaun Ryder.

See the full line-up here.

Chester Racecourse is one of the oldest racecourses in the world. Overlooked by Chester's medieval city wall, it's an unusual venue for a music festival. And as it's in the centre of the city, getting there and back is easy, there's regular trains from Manchester and Liverpool.

Chester Rocks takes place on 2 and 3 July 2011. Tickets are on sale now at £47.50. Buy yours here.
