Highlights of the summer include the three day May Festival and some of the best racing of the season; the glamorous Coutts International Polo weekend; and Family Fun Day, where free children’s entertainment is provided on the Open Course. Brand new for the 2011 season is Ladies Day on Saturday 11th June.
With tickets starting at just £7 and children 16 and under free of charge, it really is an affordable day out for all the family.
If you’re wanting to impress on your day at the races, the racecourse provides an extensive selection of restaurants, private and corporate facilities.
The restaurants at the racecourse offer a wide range of dining options, including the all-inclusive Final Furlong, intimate a la carte dining in the Turf, gastro pub style cuisine in the Horse & Jockey and al fresco dining in the Mer Seafood Bar. Named after the year that racing first began at Chester, 1539 Restaurant & Bar, offers breath taking panoramic views of the racecourse.
A private box in the County or Leverhulme stands provides the ultimate in comfort and luxury. Or, if you prefer to be closer to the action, choose from the Festival Chalets or recently refurbished Paddock Rooms, both located in the Paddock area. For more information on general ticket prices, please click here.
